How can I place an order?
Once you have added all your desired items to your shopping cart, follow these instructions:
To order as a guest:
. Click on the ‘Cart button’ and proceed to Checkout
. Enter all your required shipping and billing information
. Click on ‘’Continue to Payment Method’ and choose your method
. Click on ‘Confirm Order’ and check your email for a Sales Order Summary.
When will I get my order:
You will get your order within 3 to 5 business days.
What is our payment method?
We can accept bank transfers and cash on delivery
Which Courier service do you use for shipping?
We use TCS.
What if I found any discrepancy in my order/product?
First, we’ll try to arrange the same article for you depending upon the availability on the website, otherwise.
In case of article unavailability, voucher for paid amount will be issued with a validity up to two days, which can be used instantly or in the future.
What do I do if I never received my order?
Generally, our team does a confirmation call or WhatsApp message within 24 hours of order placement, kindly keep your number active. If you do not receive any call leave us an email at info@rajisclothing.com
Can I add items or make changes to an existing order?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order once the order has been processed. You can place a new order for more items, we can take over phone calls or you can place your order by visiting our website https://rajisclothing.com/
How can I cancel my order?
No cancellation requests are accepted due to any reason once the order is placed and confirmed.
Why my order is canceled?
Sorry that your order is canceled but we had to cancel it because we couldn’t get in touch with you using any channel of communication.
If you have received any confirmation of your order, please share it with us by email at orders info@rajisclothing.com. Our team will work to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Does the price of the order include shipping charges?
We charge shipping charges only for all the items that are on sale.
How many times will the courier agent attempt to deliver my order in case I am unavailable to receive it?
Our delivery agents make two attempts to deliver a parcel. Kindly ensure that the address and postal code while placing an order is accurate. On the second failed attempt, the item(s) will be returned to us.
Can I exchange my order?
Orders can be exchanged if the article(s) delivered to you were damaged or incorrect or size issue. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchange or return unless there is an issue in the order.
Are there any additional charges on exchange?
We will not charge for any exchange orders if the article(s) delivered to you were damaged or incorrect article.
If the customer wishes to exchange the article, even if the order was correct, but by mistake customer placed an order for wrong size, then the customer will bear the expense of sending us the article(s) back as well and delivery charges will be applied on the exchange parcel.
What if my order amount changes due to the exchange of products?
The customer is required to place an exchange order equal or above to the amount of the original order if there is a change in the order amount due to the exchange. In cases where the exchange order value is above the original order value, you can pay cash at the time of delivery.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
- All products purchased from our website can be exchanged within 07 days only if:
- Exchange request is made within the stated time frame/limit.
- The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
- The received product(s) differed from the original order.
- Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing, etc.
In such cases, claims can only be entertained if they are made within 07 days of the original order date.
Please email pictures of the defective item to info@rajisclothing.com or call at +92 307 444 9356 within 7 days after order delivery in case to raise a dispute. Raji’s Designs Limited will look at each dispute on an individual basis and will make every effort to be fair to both parties.
Once we receive the item our team will review the damage the dispute is settled fairly, we will issue a replacement of the same value against the product mentioned in the invoice and send it with the next order made by the customer.
- In case of exchange, the customer will be responsible for all shipping, and handling costs.
- Discounted Items cannot be Returned / Exchanged.
- Unstitched articles once stitched will not be entertained
- Wedding Wear and Couture dresses cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Raji’s Clothing does not offer a “refund” or “money-back guarantee” on purchased items.
Raji’s Clothing may cancel orders for any reason.
Common reasons may include:
- the item is out of stock,
- pricing errors
- credit card payment is declined.
We do not store Credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
Raji’s PRODUCT DISCLAIMER
- Raji’s makes every effort to ensure that product images & descriptions are as accurate as possible. Please note, however, that there might be some minor differences between product images on the website and the actual product. Such variations may come about due to extra embellishments used during shoots which may differ from original products slightly.
Please bear in mind that colors in pictures may vary slightly from actual item due to the lighting during the photo shoot, your device display settings or the printing quality of catalog and/or inlay cards.
- All details of Raji’s products are given on the website and we make every effort to guarantee that the information provided is accurate. Customers are requested to review the product description before making an order.
Note: Please make sure that the item being exchanged is in new, tagged, and odorless condition. If the item is not in this condition, we will not be able to process the exchange and the item will be shipped back to you.
